TikTok has become the go-to social platform for enthusiasts. From painters to bakers to potters, many content creators have curated accounts dedicated to the craft of their choice.
While it can be tough to stand out among the huge creative competition, a TikToker named Jude Moore has sparked a frenzy among his followers.
The 26-year-old from Essex, England, is an avid knitter who has amassed over half a million followers on TikTok.
While most might associate knitting with older age groups, or just women in general, Jude single-handedly broke the knitting stereotype.
Pair Jude’s skillful knitting with his strong sense of fashion and bold tattoos, and some would say he’s woven his appeal into classic couture work.
Jude learned to knit from his grandmother when he was a child. After acting a little badly during his younger years, Jude was sent to live with his grandparents. There he learned the art of knitting and never gave up the practical hobby.
TikTokers’ other hobbies — which include working out, boxing, and working on his motorcycle — often lead the public to question his interest in knitting. With such binary stereotypes, it’s hard for many to imagine that a “tough guy” could also enjoy weaving yarn.
But, Jude simply finds it therapeutic and developed his love for knitting further in a recent viral ICT Tac.
