Embroidery is the art of decorating fabric or other materials with a needle and thread or thread, a method that has been practiced for decades.
Using different techniques or stitches, embroidery helps create beautiful embellishments on garments, adding a unique touch to the fabric used.
The event will take place July 18-20 from 5-7 p.m. each day.
The workshop is priced at BD 30 and is open to people aged 14 and over.
The copper embossing process is the technique of creating patterns by stamping, drilling, bending or hammering.
The metal has aesthetic value and is considered a heritage of craftsmanship and archaeological collectibles.
The Art of Copper Shaping workshop will cover topics such as the different types of copper and their properties, the different methods of forming and working copper, the materials and tools used in copper embossing, and the use of copper in works of art and products.
The event will take place on July 19 and 20 from 4-7 p.m. and is open to the same age group.
It costs 28 BD.
