Lisa Milton, executive editor, has acquired all worldwide language rights to Made with love by Amanda Harris at YMU. He will publish on the 27thand October in the UK and the 29and November in the United States by Carrie Thornton at Dey Street.

The synopsis reads, “Alongside 30 exclusive projects ranging from gifts and chic homewares to comfy accessories and stylish wardrobe essentials, Tom will provide helpful tips and tricks to support even the most hesitant newbie. Whether for you or for someone you love, Made with love will soon allow you to create stunning and useful projects that you will be proud of.

Daley said: “I started knitting at the start of 2020 and haven’t stopped. It’s been a way to get creative during the lockdowns, something to distract me from my competitors when I’m diving, and a form of mindfulness during my downtime. At the Olympics, you’re in a bubble where you just focus on competing. So I had no idea people at home and around the world were talking about the hobby I had been doing for ages.

“I love fashion, creating things I can wear and use around the house, which is why I launched Made With Love knitting and crochet kits late last year. This book is everything I’ve learned as a fan of knitting and crocheting and what I’ve learned from the countless sweaters, bobble hats, dog sweaters and even trunks I’ve created. will help people become creative.

Milton said: “HQ is very proud to publish Tom, who continues to capture our hearts and minds with his courageous campaign. His memoirs and cookbooks are all bestsellers, so when Tom captured our hearts and imaginations with his poolside knitting, I knew we had to publish his first craft book. He truly started a revolution – introducing countless people to his ecological and therapeutic benefits – and we look forward to sharing his unparalleled passion and expertise with the world.
